He was extremely professional, explained exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a clear estimate up front. No surprise fees, no pressure--just straight talk and fast action.<br><br>He had the right tools and cleared the clog quickly, then took the time to inspect the rest of my system to make sure there were no other issues.
