My experience with Victor at PikaCar was extremely frustrating. After paying over 8k cash for a vehicle, I was repeatedly given excuses and conflicting information about when I would receive the title. Getting straight answers was nearly impossible, and what should have been a simple process turned into a major headache.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with Victor and PikaCar. Make sure all paperwork, especially the title, is in hand before giving them your money.

I tryed calling victor picked up and would not answer any of my questions I called back many time and he started cursing me out and and say some very nasty things. I have the video of hime saying everything

Shady watch out I bought a car cash over 10k then the lil Spanish guy plays with title making up excuse after excuse on when the title is coming definitely wouldn't recommend contacted the better business bureau as well

Always a pleasant and straight forward experience with Victor and his team with all my purchases from him. If he doesn't have what u want he will go above and beyond to find you exactly the car your looking for even down to the color of the interior. I strongly recommend !!
