Our vehicles are all trade ins at new car dealerships or lease returns or they are purchased straight from original owners by us. We are in this journey to make a change and bring back honesty, transparency and ethics to every transaction and interaction eventually hoping to impact the whole world. My husband spoke with the owner or salesman and had a car all lined up for us to come get on weekend 6 hour drive then when we tried to send paperwork he said someone was coming to look at the next day. Said he would let us know, after having arrangements made from work he never calls back or emails. We get a hold of him finally and he said car sold. Just really poor customer service..

Dear Cathy, I was the one that had been in contact with your significant other and I have correspondence, text messages etc being very clear and transparent about the possibility of the vehicle possibly being sold to another interested buyer. I offered your husband the option to put a deposit of $300 to lock in the deal which he refused and I responded by telling him to be sure to contact me before he makes any arrangements to come to see the car due to the fact that there was another potential
