  It is such a warm and welcoming community. From the moment you walk in, it feels comfortable, homey, and inviting. The staff is always friendly, caring, and attentive, and you can truly see the kindness they show to the residents. It's a beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend Sunrise of Edgewater to families looking for a caring and supportive community for their loved ones.

  From the moment we walked into Sunrise Senior Living in Edgewater, we knew this was a special place.<br><br>A heartfelt thank you to General Manager Lars, whose kindness, patience, and genuine compassion helped my sister and me navigate one of the most difficult family decisions we've ever faced. He took the time to answer every question, making us feel informed, welcomed, and confident every step of the way.<br><br>The entire staff reflects that same caring spirit, and the community is absolutely beautiful. "Mansion living" truly describes the experience. More importantly, it feels like home, where residents are treated with dignity, warmth, and respect.<br><br>While this was not an easy decision, Sunrise gave us complete peace of mind. God bless Lars, the incredible staff, and the wonderful residents who make this such an extraordinary community. We would recommend Sunrise Edgewater without hesitation.

  The staff at Sunrise are wonderful and that's what makes this senior living community the BEST! My grandmother is well taken care of by all the employees who definitely care for their residents.<br><br>I feel happier and safer knowing that my grandmother is well taken care of.

  I greatly appreciate the staff at Sunrise because they care. Lars and Olivia are helpful as well as the front desk staff. Also attentive is the direct care staff (Joy, Flora, Julemine, and so many more). The nursing staff was responsive when Mom got sick and had to go to the hospital. I also want to give a shout out to the servers and the chef. The servers were patient and the food is good. We pay for the service but the care is free. The staff was there for me during a hard time. Also a shout out to the residents; they do watch out for each other. It is a community.

  Our 94 yr old mom has lived at Sunrise of Edgewater since 12/2025 and receives a high level of assistance. The premises are bright, spacious, clean and inviting with easy access to outdoor areas to enjoy. Staff members are helpful, caring and kind.<br>Meals are varied with alternative choices daily. Each day there's various activities for the residents to choose from, as well as opportunities to participate in outings to<br>places of interest. We are very pleased with Sunrise of Edgewater.
