    Made the 45 minute drive for lunch today, first time eating there.<br><br>Got a half rack of pork ribs, a pound of brisket (I requested point meat and that's what I was served) and a small side of pit beans.<br>I wanted the jalapeno-cheddar sausage, but it wasn't ready yet.<br><br>I started with the brisket, it was excellent. Seasoned correctly with salt and black pepper, very moist.<br>That got an A+. Ribs were moist, hint of smoke, bark was not developed and ribs were under seasoned in my opinion. B- for those. Pit beans were delicious, not overly sweet and properly seasoned. A+ there.<br><br>Service was friendly and prompt.<br>A+.<br><br>Will go back for sure. Hopefully ribs will be better. Right now I'd describe it as really good bbq for the northeast; over time it could hold its own against good southern bbq.
