The woman who is pictured in another review is beyond unprofessional and extremely rude. I went to get a money order to sign a lease for a new apartment, and before letting me finish she told me it was not possible to take out. I did thorough research before coming, and I know what I was asking for was well within USPS guidelines. She was also looking at my body inappropriately which made me extremely uncomfortable. Even if you are a calm and kind person some people in this world are just so negative they will do anything to be rude because they are unhappy inside. I will never be coming here again and I am afraid that my image of the post office is forever stained by this caustic and unprofessional employee. How is this person allowed to serve the public despite the myriad of negative reviews?

Terrible and completely unacceptable experience. This was my first time coming to this location to drop off a package for a return, as I recently moved to the area and simply needed some guidance on how to complete the process.<br><br>The woman who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and her behavior toward me felt blatantly discriminatory and racist. Instead of simply explaining what I needed to do, she spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and told me to move. When I calmly asked her to please be nice because I was only asking for assistance with a service, she actually walked away from the window and left me standing there talking by myself.<br><br>What made it even worse was seeing that I was not the only person she treated poorly. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome, humiliated, or disrespected simply for asking for help.<br><br>This is a public service location, and customers should be able to expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and equal treatment. They lost all of my save the dates I hand delivered to them and hand canceled. When I came to get help they told me there's nothing they can do. I know some items get lost but all 68 save the dates ???
