  I had scheduled an eye examination a week prior to the appointment. Subsequently, I received two phone messages requesting confirmation, in addition to an email. This amounted to three separate reminders or confirmation requests. The day before my scheduled appointment, I received yet another reminder, followed by a phone call an hour later.<br><br>During this call, I was informed that my appointment would be conducted remotely. I was also advised that if I did not accept this arrangement, I would need to reschedule.<br><br>Firstly, I consider this change from a virtual appointment to a remote one to be unprofessional, and I question the efficacy of a remote eye examination. Secondly, I had meticulously arranged my schedule to accommodate this appointment, and this alteration has caused significant disruption.<br><br>As a result of this experience, I will no longer be a customer. I find the entire process to be unsatisfactory and entirely unacceptable, especially given the absence of a

  I had an awesome experience here, starting with easily booking the appt, to having a complete eye exam and contact lens eval, then purchasing 3 pairs of glasses. Everyone was super knowledgable, kind and professional. I was also unfortunately late due to the NJ Transit bus and they were super cooperative. From the receptionist to Dr. Trieu to Shayla who helped me choose my new glasses, everything was seamless. Dr. Trieu was wonderful. I'll also add that I've been seeing the same eye Dr. in NYC for over a decade and simply wanted to find something closer to home, but I was pretty anxious about it. I feel great about my decision and was so relieved.

  I've been coming here for years, and this is truly the best place to take care of your eyes. The staff is amazing and always so kind and welcoming. They really care about helping you and making sure you get the right treatment. They don't try to take your money for no reason. They charge you what is advertised and never try to rip you off. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Instead, they take the time to guide you and help you find the best care for your eyes.<br><br>I've always felt comfortable here, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you stop by, ask for Akram. He's incredibly kind and honestly one of the best staff members ever.<br><br>10/10 would definitely recommend.

  After doing a lot of research and price checking, I made an appointment with this America's Best (Edgewater location) for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. They offer the best price and value that I could find in NJ and NYC. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and easily, and the staff here are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!
