I had my car towed here after it died on the highway a few weeks ago. It sat in his lot for 3 weeks without any diagnosis. I never once received a call from him. I had to call several times just to follow up and even showed up in person a couple times when they didn't answer the phone. I later found out he was on vacation for one of those weeks (and nobody bothered to tell me). They eventually told me I should have it towed to a dealer because he couldn't figure it out, so I did. Turns out it was a bad ignition coil. He clearly didn't even look at my car in those 3 weeks, because it was a super easy fix that I ended up doing myself, and something that he should have been able to diagnose and fix had he bothered looking at my car.

Got a 97 Chevy Tahoe I've had some problems with it took it to Glenn's Auto he repaired what was wrong backs up his work 100% and he's very reasonable with his prices I would recommend him to anybody.

Prior to purchasing a pre-owned car, I took it to Glen's for a diagnostic to ensure I was making the right decision. Glen performed a thorough inspection inside the car, under the hood, under the car, tires, muffler and everything in between. He explained that one repair should be made by the dealer (instead the dealer took money off) and the rest were normal wear and tear of the vehicle and provided estimated costs. Glen's evaluation helped me make the final decision on the car purchase. He has a great personality too. Thanks Glen!
