  I just joined and I'm new to working out. I used to come and leave before, but now I actually like coming. This place really motivates you. The coaches are amazing and take their time to help you, and the environment is super welcoming. The workouts are fun and challenging.<br>As a mom, this has helped me a lot both physically and mentally. I'm really happy I started.

  I started coming here a little over a month ago. It's been a really nice experience. The workouts have a good strength portion followed by a good conditioning circuit. I've mostly had Butch as a coach and he is very friendly, helpful, and makes you feel very welcomed. The pricing is great for the area and for what they offer. I feel the programming here is very focused and well balanced. I have friends who used to go here before they moved out of state and they both said it was the strongest they have ever been in their life. I am happy to be a part of this community now. Looking forward to progress!

  It is one of my favorite and best gyms in this area. The coaching team is phenomenal, and workouts are fun and challenging. The programming is superior, and the results will speak for themselves. Give it a try, and you won't regret it.
