  Don't order any special cookie cakes from here. Online, you're told to contact the store in order to customize your order. However, the phone is a Google phone number that no one answers. You also can't cancel your order online, it says you must call the store, but again.. no one will answer your call. I placed an order for a cookie cake for my son's birthday and wanted them to put his own soccer jersey number on the cake. I tried calling the store for 4 days to no avail. The entire party was World Cup themed and has his soccer jersey number everywhere, so it was noticeable when his cake didn't match. Not to mention, the icing work was a total slop jump. The whole thing was really frustrating. By the time I realized I wasn't going to be able to get anyone on the phone to customize the order, it was too late to order something else.. and I would've been stuck paying for it anyway.   Here at 11:37 am and no cookies to sell whatsoever! We approached and no one to greeted us and when we asked the worker said no cookies available to sell when the store is open already!

  I went to buy a drink at 11:23 and the girl told me they weren't serving yet. So I recommend you fix your hours because you say you open at 11, but you don't serve until 12 or later.

  I received a cookie cake for Valentine's Day and it was completely inedible. Couldn't cut it with a knife, when I was eventually able to get a piece off I put it in the microwave thinking it would soften up....it didn't. The cookie also smells burnt. Understand it's a busy day but quality should still remain intact; a rock solid cookie is disappointing. It didn't live up to their mission of being "soft baked".

  The cookies here are OK, not outstanding. They might be more palatable to those whose taste buds favor a buttery Chocolate Chip Cookie over a sugary flavor. They are decidedly not worth over $4 per cookie, though, especially when you can get something of near equal quality in bulk at basically any store.
