Jacob and his team, Vincent, Tony, Katherine, and others helped my wife and I buy our first dream home. Just call Jacob and tell him you want to buy a house and everything after that will be supported with enthusiasm, speed, and professionalism from A to Z. They can speak English and Vietnamese. Highly recommended.

The agent Jacob is the most incompetent person I ever met. He should have is license taken away cause he doesn't know a single thing about selling a business. Don't ever use him as a broker or real estate agent. He doesn't understand how the real estate market works.

We were incredibly lucky to work with Jacob and his team (Ann Thu, Julian, ..). What sets Jacob apart is not just his years of experience, but his deep knowledge of home values, smart improvements, and what to look out for during inspections, often spotting things even before the inspector did. He can quickly tell you how much you will need to fix the house, or if the house needs little work. These days, you can get most information online so what truly sets one realtor apart is his ability to tell you what zillow or redfin cannot provide.<br><br>The added value of his property management service and access to a reliable contracting team made everything so convenient and stress-free. The costs were very reasonable, and it truly felt like we had a trusted partner every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I truly believe this company and especially Jacob, are the best realtors in North Jersey. They are professional, patient, and incredibly dedicated. I've worked with other realtors in the past, and many of them were either in a rush or easily frustrated if a deal didn't go through. But Jacob was outstanding. He genuinely cares about getting the best and most beneficial deals for his clients. He helped me purchase a property at a price that felt like he was buying it for himself. He's extremely knowledgeable, not only about the market and pricing, but also about legal matters and even architecture. I'm not exaggerating when I say Jacob is the best realtor in North Jersey.
