  I usually do not take time to fill out surveys or write reviews, because if a roofing contractor simply does the job they promised, that should just be the standard. Still, when a company truly goes above and beyond, it deserves to be recognized. My experiences with Rivera Sons Roofers clearly fall into that category. They previously handled soffit repairs and carpentry work for me, and the results were excellent. They also installed gutter guards and gave me honest advice about my gutter system, explaining that I did not need to spend extra money widening the gutters. That kind of straightforward guidance says a lot, especially when they could have easily pushed for a bigger job. More recently, I had a roof leak in my home.   i had a hard time finding a roofer to come out and check my gutters and roof drainage to give me an estimate for gutter cleaning. I called Rivera Sons Roofers, and harold stopped by within a few days. He inspected the gutter system, looked over the guards, and checked how everything was flowing around the roofline. He let me know there was really no problem with the gutters because they were already clear and working the way they should. Since I could not see inside them myself, I truly would not have known that no cleaning was needed. What impressed me most was his honesty. He could have easily suggested unnecessary work, but instead he told me the truth, removed a few small pieces of debris stuck in the gutter screen, and did not charge me for the visit. That kind of integrity is rare. It was also helpful that he explained what to watch for with gutter buildup, drainage, and basic roof edge maintenance so i know what signs to look for in the future.
