  I am in my 80's and use a walker. I made an appointment with Dr. Sandor on the phone, having gotten his # through Zocdoc. When I arrived, I saw that his facility was up 5 steps! I phoned and his receptionist told me I should have ASKED for his other facility!! Fortunately I could negotiate the steps via the banister, but the receptionist had to drag my walker up the steps. I asked the doctor why he didn't have an alternate entrance. He said he only rented in this building and told me I should have ASKED if this office was fully accessible. !<br>Both he and the recptionist were pleasant, but I resent the notion that he expected ME to ask about the accessibility of the office. I plan to check with the ADA regarding this.

  When this patient arrived, the receptionist immediately left her station and proceeded to assist her up the stairs. We simply explained that if she had informed us that she required handicapped access, we would have a provided her with an appointment at our other location, which has a ramp. It was explained that the building's owner was grandfathered in and this office did not have a ramp. We simply wanted to make things easier for her. She was again assisted on her departure.   My close family member had a very disappointing experience at this office. He did not receive the level of care or attention that any patient deserves. His concerns and symptoms were not taken seriously, and he left feeling unheard and dismissed.<br>It's incredibly frustrating to trust a provider with your health and feel like your voice doesn't matter. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to others. Negative 1 star review.

  One of the worst doctor experiences I've ever had. The visit barely lasted 5 minutes. Dr. Sandor wouldn't listen to any of my complaints and quickly dismissed my issues & worries. Zero compassion. Zero care. Choose wisely before you book with this office. Will not be returning here ever.

  Mr Gjorgiev called requesting an emergency visit. We immediately accommodated him. He was seen in a timely manner and the Doctor spent an extended period of time with him explaining the nature of his condition and the fact that he was in the resolution phase. He instructed him in a therapeutic regimen to relieve his condition. When Mr. Gjorgiev seemed unable/unwilling to comprehend the Doctor's instructions, the Doctor repeated his instructions for a total of three times during the visit. He was

  English isn't my native language, but I can look people in the face and speak English when I'm talking to them, but the doctor doesn't do that. I think I deserve the same treatment if I'm paying the same price as an American. I usually prefer not to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt the need to write today. If it had said "I only serve Americans" at the entrance, I would have known that and wouldn't have reacted this way.

  The patient was immediately accepted as an emergency patient. He had a serious, potentially blinding disease. He was immediately diagnosed and treated. This resulted in a complete recovery with none of the possible potential complications. <br>Dr. Sandor has served the community for many years and speaks several languages (including Spanish and Italian), so the idea of any prejudice is outlandish on its face. The patient was treated in the professional and courteous manner we pride ourselves on

  Very Nice doctor. He listen and spoke in a very kind manner. Dr. Sander was very knowledgeable and I felt very confident in his diagnosis.
