  I just moved in and my air conditioner was not working, I called and Jay came over to fix it right away. By the next day it stop working again he told me it will have be replaced he really did try his best but it was done. The day after he worked all day putting in a new one. He was very nice, and explained and answered all my questions. By the late afternoon I had air conditioning. He really knew what he was doing and respected my apartment even took off his shoes. I really wanted to say Thank you so much Jay you went above and beyond. Pat

  Do yourself a favor and stay away.<br><br>Our experience with this complex has been extremely disappointing from day one. We have dealt with a long list of ongoing problems, including pest and insect issues, a skunk/sewer odor, unpleasant smells coming from the AC vents, chemical odors following repairs, flooring problems, a sewer backup, water intrusion through the balcony doors during a storm, and other maintenance concerns.<br><br>What is most frustrating is that these issues have continued even after being reported to management. Four months into living here, we are still dealing with an ongoing bug infestation inside our apartment. Some repairs have been made, but the overall experience has been a constant cycle of problems, temporary fixes, and having to repeatedly follow up.<br><br>We pay a significant amount of money to live here and expect the apartment to be maintained in a safe and livable condition. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.<br><br>I would strongly re

  Very expensive and absolutely disgusting to live here! Ants, spiders, flies, mosquitoes, skunks, squirrels destroying personal property on the balconies, etc. The quality of the so-called "apartment renovations" is poor. There are cracks, gaps and constant leaks here. My apartment is not insulated by any means and all bugs come pouring in attacking our food. No matter what chemicals or remedies you use, they keep finding a way in because of all the holes in our apartments. The video is an example of just one of the many holes in my apartment. Food keeps getting wasted because management doesn't give a shit when you complain. Instead they increase your rent with over 8% (which is easily over $160 a month) to shut you up and thus force people to move out.<br><br>Do your due diligence and you'll find Garden Communities - Waterside Village has so many law suits filed against them for illegally charging tenants made-up "legal fees" and extra rent amounts.
