  Ann Meredith is super great to work with. Yes, she's collecting my debt $ BUT she's ALSO very kind, personable, understanding and supportive of my situation as a single mom putting her son through college.   I had a much better experience than I expected. Ann M. was professional, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain my options without making me feel pressured or judged. They were patient, answered all of my questions, and helped me find a reasonable solution that worked for my situation. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a collection agency that treats people with courtesy and respect.

  My first interaction with Ann M was amazing. She was extremely efficient at helping figure out the best plan to settle my debt. She is very attentive and proactive. She is a great problem solver.
