  I visited Staples today for my TSA PreCheck appointment, and unfortunately, the female employee working at the TSA PreCheck area was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in.<br><br>When I confirmed I was there for TSA PreCheck, instead of simply saying, "The line starts over there," she abruptly told me, "Stand behind the line," in an unnecessarily disrespectful tone. No one is coming there to bother anyone--we are simply there for our appointments and to complete a service.<br><br>Her attitude was completely inappropriate for someone working directly with customers. I chose not to respond to her disrespect because I did not want the situation to escalate, but she was absolutely the wrong person to have in a customer-facing position. Basic directions can be communicated politely and professionally.

  "Store 0039" is very nice and organized, everything is where it should be, I also like that they have a decent music selection on the radio's overhead as well, even the Clearance section was surprisingly neat, and as a bonus, not many locations have the "Easy Tech" area, but this one does, so that's a plus: NEW UPDATE: Stopped by here to recycle an old computer monitor, some keyboards, printer ink and some other things, love being at Staples in general, the environment is a whole different vibe for me, sometimes I rather be there to escape reality, I also like the "Party City" decor as well, I also noticed that the shopping carts are black now instead of the signature red, nice change, overall, I definitely recommend this location if you haven't stopped by already, nicely done everyone who works there..
