    I am and continue to be the "elder" resident in this complex (9 yrs.). CAUTION: The wait list for this complex is lengthy and though it's classified as "affordable housing" IT IS NOT AFFORDABLE! 2 bdrm. apt. = $2,200 mo. BERGEN CO. ISN'T AFFORDABLE ANY MORE!!
