  Creo que la persona encargada de la oficina de ninos deberia de poner mas atencion a sus empleados por que la verdad el desempeno de mucho es muy pobre, trabajan como amargadas y sin ganas, mas de un mes tratando de que me aprueben el contrato de mi hija y aun sigo sin obtener respuestas, la unica respuesta que dan es " esta en proceso tiene que esperar" deberia de tener gente mas eficientes para estos tipo de casos ya que esta en juego la education de un nino y la economia de una familia, pero como no es el caso de ellas...que importa!!

  It's a great place..with great stuff..and the women who is sitting in front ,she is verry friendly loving and great person..I love her..

  Office of children is very rude over the phone and in person, the front desk lady talks to you like your dumb, i called to let her know i sent in my prepapa forms and she said "yea well the authorization dosent go through the next day" like clearly anybody knows that i just wanted to confirm they received the papers, every time i call she has a nasty attitude or rushes me off the phone, when i went in person she was having a conversation about their life with another coworker, while someone called she answered and said hold and continued on with her irrelevant conversation, now i see why im always put on hold right away.. never busy in the office so i don't understand why i never get call backs or emails back right away, i have to call at-least three times a day everyday of the week for someone to get back to me .. need a new front desk person..

  They do not respond to emails and voicemails. EXTREMLY annoying. Like, I understand the pandemic but we need to return to normalcy here. GET BACK TO WORK PEOPLE.
