Donna was extremely helpful. She worked with us during a difficult time and provided excellent advice and guidance. Highly recommend to any one who has to go to a funeral home.

The staff at the Hennessy heights funeral home is I would say top I could not have managed it all that without their help from far. Thank you very much for all the help we were going back and forth endlessly in email and telephone over time differences I was very impressed by how patient their staff was especially Nicole and everyone was so respectful and in accommodating I could not have asked for better funeral home experience then what I got I highly recommend especially after having reviewed a lot of different funeral homes around the neighborhood and I would say their rates are very competitive and and good value and we were able to afford a good casket and excellent staff and services sincerely.

We are so grateful for Nicole and the incredible care she gave our family. Her compassion, support, and knowledge guided us through one of the hardest times in our lives and made everything feel a little easier. She truly went above and beyond, and we could not recommend this funeral home more!

Last year I had to plan a funeral for my brother who died unexpectedly but I reside in South Jersey and I Had no idea where we could hold the service, this was the funeral home that was recommended to me by a funeral director where I live that knew my husband. All I can see is that they went above and beyond for us. We were very pleased with how everything turned out. Their staff walked me through every step and showed me such compassion. I'm not sure if I remember everyone's names Because I literally was still in shock and grieving the death of my father in law 4 days prior and still devastated by the death of a close sister that died the year before,so details have literally run into each other. It has been an unbearably tough season but now I feel like I'm finally getting a chance to breathe again . I wanna say Donna I believe and Craig took care us .I'm not sure if I have their names right. But they know who they are and they were absolutely fantastic. !!! They showed me so much co

All I can say is that I was extremely pleased from the beginning to the end in planning a funeral for my brother who died on unexpectedly<br>There was tremendous compassion shown to me from start to finish. Their staff walked me through every step and they handled the process in such a smooth way. I really can't say enough on how pleased we were. The facility was beautiful and everything was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend This funeral home<br>Thank you for making a very difficult experience actually very tolerable and It turned out quite better than I had expected I think it was a beautiful goodbye for my brother.

The passing of my mom was by far the hardest thing I've ever experienced, and having never been in this situation before, I truly had no idea what I was supposed to do or even what questions to ask. From the moment we walked in, everyone at Hennessy Heights was incredibly caring, patient, and compassionate. They helped guide us step by step with such kindness, making the entire process as smooth as it could possibly be.<br><br>Before choosing them, I called several funeral homes and compared prices, but also tried to get a feel for the staff, and I can honestly say Hennessy Heights stood out immediately. What really meant a lot to me was that they have bilingual staff who spoke Spanish fluently. My dad only speaks Spanish, and they took the time to explain everything to him in his own language, which made him feel comfortable and reassured during a really difficult time.<br><br>Another thing that meant the world to me was how beautifully they took care of my mom's appearance.
