Been living here for about 9 months and the maintenance is amazing, no unpleasant surprises, they are clean and responsive. They respond right away to anything. The pool is clean and managed well as well. The facilities all clean. Its calm, cannot hear my neighbors

I had been considering this property because it's close to New York. But I was visiting a friend who lives here and they told me that they've been facing terrible internet issues for the past 3 months. Apparently the building management has been helpless in resolving the faulty internet issue for residents. They keep asking residents to call customer service and the internet company keeps passing the buck. I wouldn't move here if I were you!

Update 4/29/26: Please leave a number/name I can reach out to regarding the on-going issue.<br><br>Still probably better than the M at Englewood South, which causes so many issues with all kinds of noises - dog barking, loud noise from illegally modified vehicles, gas powered leaf blower running for hours

Been here just about 17 years, dog friendly, excellent maintenance, pool and a great staff, close to the city and all major highways. Real nice units, well worth checking out.

Came to visit a friend of mine I'm interested maybe renting with my sister, as I walking towards the elevator I saw dog poop almost stepped in it .Went back to the front entered the leasing office told them if I can speak to property management thy told me he was busy if it was the guy in the office yeah he looked real busy he was just looking at his phone. I told the guy about the poop he said he will take care of it. Went up to my friends apartment had second thoughts after that incident I got turned off.. Carpets have stains the hallways smelled I told my friend for the amount of money she pays not worth it. Asked her if management was the guy with glasses and she told me yes I told her he must<br>bored if he's on his phone she told me that's how the property management is he does nothing about residents complaints . She said she will not renew her lease I would've been pissed if I moved in and she moved out. Glad I saw these problems before renting there.
