  It was my first time at a chiropractic office, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for a chiropractor or acupuncture. I went to the Teterboro location, and it was very clean and cozy.

  BetterU has the best team anyone could ask for. They deeply care about their clients health, wellness and experience. The moment I walked in the door, I felt included and cared for. Every service they offer compliments every other service perfectly for all inclusive wellness. I went in for a regular massage and ended up having a chronic shoulder issue I'd been ignoring addressed and relieved by the technician, as well as e-stem and cupping. It's a one-stop shop for self-care, pain management, pain prevention and relaxation. I highly recommend!

  When you walk in the door, you are immediately greeted by friendly staff. We went to the office conveniently located in Gold's Gym in Teterboro. Both my boys are gym members and to have this service INSIDE the gym, is fantastic. Dr. Ace was friendly, approachable, professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is modern and clean! I'm so happy we found this little gem and looking forward to continuing our overall wellness with Better U!!

  I am so beyond grateful for Better U Family. I was diagnosed with endometriosis about 6 years ago, which causes my menstrual cycles to be extremely painful and debilitating. I attempted acupuncture from another facility for almost 4-6 months, but it became very expensive and I did not see much improvement so I stopped, but I figured I would try acupuncture one more time before resorting to surgery.<br>I started with acupuncturist Jung at the Paramus location approximately 2 months ago, and this is the first time in 6 years that I have not had a painful cycle. I could not believe it. It almost felt like a miracle.<br>In conjunction with acupuncture, I also get adjusted by Chiropractor Amanda Alejandro because I suffer from back pain secondary to herniated discs, and that has also helped me tremendously, as well as biweekly massages with their therapists.<br>The staff at Better U family is caring, loving and knowledgeable. As a health care provider myself, I would highly recommend them,

  The BetterU crew are the most amazing people in the world simple. They are so caring and attentive to all your needs. Most of all, they make you feel like family. They helped me recover after playing sports and I guarantee that after you leave their place, you'll become a BetterU.

  Better U has been fantastic. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Ace has fixed me up and helped me through my injury as well as improving my day to day well-being and health.
