  Main Lock is the must-go shop for all you lock and key needs! I've been coming here for years, both with my father and by myself, to get keys made and duplicated when nobody else can do it! When you have a lot of old GM cars like me, you juggle a lot of door and ignition keys and Main Lock always has them and cuts them on the spot, perfect everytime

  Main Lock Shop represents the finest in old fashioned customer service. The service and care they deliver is unparalleled. Whether it's a $3.50 key or a more substantial project, you will be treated with utmost care and respect. These folks made multiple attempts to help me with a hard to find key for my 1970 British car. Giselle & Christian were gracious and took the time to attend to my request. They hunted for the correct blanks and found them from the enormous selection of keys that Main Lock offers. But my problem was finally unlocked by Maestro Mario - the king of vintage keys and locks. He holds the key! Due to no fault of Main Lock (the blanks for my car are very unusual) this process took a few attempts. In most cases, in this modern time, I would have been told that there is no solution. But the Maestro took on the challenge and made me a set of keys that worked. I am grateful for their persistence, and give them my highest recommendation.

  Kudos to Main Lock Shop! From my initial phone call, seeking information, to my in-person visit at the store, followed by the same-day service to help me with a replacement lock, this company went above and beyond and delivered stellar service!

  I am leaving a 1-star review because of the attitude and treatment I received from Giselle. I purchased a lock from Amazon and wanted to have it keyed to match an existing Medeco key. I called and was told to email pictures and information so the manager could review it. I emailed both a link to the Amazon lock and a picture of the Medeco key. Later, I received a call and was quoted $405 plus tax for someone to come out. I said I would think about it. I then called back and asked how much it would cost if I removed the lock and brought it into the shop. I was told it would be $180 plus tax. I asked if the work would be done while I waited, and was told it would normally be done on the spot unless they were extremely busy. The next day, I removed the lock and brought it in. As soon as I handed it over, Giselle immediately told me the Medeco cylinder would not fit and that I would need a different lock. Despite the manager being willing to send someone out for $405 to perform the work wh

  I am sorry that you felt that way. Since I was not there that day, I can not offer my opinion or stick up for either of you.I did get a different story from Giselle than from yours. I have spoken to her and she will comply to my wishes regarding this whole mess. As is the case of "she said -he said" , there is no solution to this. But surely I will NOT be letting go of Giselle as you suggested!

  Brought my 1972 Chevrolet pickup truck there to have a lock replaced on the toolbox door on the lower part of the bed. Mario drilled out the existing lock cylinder and replaced it with a new cylinder, which matched up to the door key. Also made the toolbox door seat closer to the bed body. Great job guys! More than satisfied!

  Giselle was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She gave me clear options without trying to overcharge me and took the time to explain everything about my old Honda CR-V. As someone not very familiar with car keys, I really appreciated her patience and guidance. Prices are reasonable, and her customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!
