The workers at the apartment complex were difficult to communicate with and slow to address problems. Our apartment was mice infested, and my girlfriend miscarried because of it. When we moved out, they stole our security deposit and cited a rule about repainting the apartment, even though we had only signed a 12-month lease. If you've been a victim of these guys, take them to court. They're not even organized in court.

They are awful stayed home last week,so they can fix my light in the kitchen and sink still didn't come to do the job, I don't know what is the problem, I take off work lost out on money and hours. They are really bad with communication also, say they call don't call wants you to wait all day and you have other plans like going to work so you would not be late and your manager calls you in the office have to explain why so you can keep your job.Then wants the rent paid on time how does that sound .

If you want to rent t an apartment with this people be prepared to lose your deposit. Don't expect to get your deposit back when you leave. Add to that, the unit is too small compared to other locations in the area. I was new to the area and didn't know where to shop. Most of the tenants last only a year till they realize what they got themselves into
