Do not recommend it at all. The system always breaks down and no one to repair it for hours. Horrible customer service. I wish I could give it zero stars. It's down for many hours at least once a month in the garage where I park. Specially if it's raining or snowing. I am currently waiting to retrieve my car and have been waiting for 50 mins and have no word from them and no tech on side. Tech never shows up on site. I have taken uber home and back to work in the past and might have to do this again. They say they reimburse but I haven't seen a penny. Really horrible system and even worse service. Just awful. I see bots leaving five star reviews. Embarrassing and shameful.

If I could write a 'negative star' review I would. We have a Park Plus system in our beautiful, new, 5-star condominium building. I can honestly say that the system has not worked for more than 30-days straight in the six-plus years it has been in operation. Park Plus (the system, and the company) is so unreliable that it has reduced the value of our properties considerably; we are known throughout the city as the "building with the always-broken parking system". I don't know why we have not taken legal action against this inferior company and product. If you are a developer run, don't walk, from this horrible product and company. The system does not work. Period.
