Highly recommend Dr. Liu! She is one of the most caring and responsible primary care doctors I have ever met. I've been searching for good pp for a long time, and it is rare to find a doctor who genuinely follows up on a patient's condition and cares about their ongoing health rather than treating each appointment as a one-time visit.<br><br>I only been there once, however, Dr. Liu consistently follows up with me, communicates test results promptly, and provides detailed and thoughtful recommendations for the next steps. She is easy to reach - through emails/phone calls/messages. I always feel heard, supported, and well cared for. She can also communicate in both English and Mandarin Chinese, which is incredibly helpful.<br><br>I am truly grateful to have found such a compassionate, attentive, and dependable doctor!

I got sick unexpectedly and my mom contacted Dr. Liu at the last minute. She responded really quickly and was able to see me right away. I was feeling pretty bad, so I was really glad I didn't have to wait a long time.<br><br>Dr. Liu was really nice and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand and took really good care of me. I'm very thankful to her and would definitely recommend Nova Wellness!

I had a really great experience at Nova Health. Everyone was super nice and welcoming, and the whole process was easy and smooth.<br><br>I especially appreciated how much time the Dr. Liu spent with me. She really listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and I never felt rushed at all. It's honestly hard to find a doctor who takes the time to actually listen and makes you feel comfortable asking questions.<br><br>Really happy I found this practice and would definitely recommend!

I booked my appointment directly on their website. Seen by Dr. Liu-An right away. She was patient explaining all the next steps I would do. I was nervous about my symptoms but felt so much better walking out knowing what to expect. Coming back for my annual check up in the fall!

You can tell the doctor genuinely cares about what you are saying. I had a few things to discuss. All addressed. Definitely recommend.
