if you enjoy your peace, want your home to be your sanctuary going towards an enjoyable living and appreciate your hard working money, DO NOT move to westwood hills, bad management and noise with poor architecture, rats, you can hear your neighbors every move, expensive rent without enjoyable experience.... Money hungry management with bad attitudes. There's an open house for a reason.....no one wants to live there! Just DON'T do it even if you're desperate, NO! Future you will thank me<br>ALWAYS do ur research before renting! watch tiktok videos and look at the reviews also speak to the tenants !

There are laws in place about noise, property damage, and risk to someone's health and life. All which get ignored in favor of money. Which they are losing money because neighbors wanna drop bowling balls, move furniture, break pipes, get into screaming matches in 3-4 in the morning, on going through out the day for 15+ hours day and night, for more than three years.<br><br>Upstairs avoid the cops, landowners and management. When those groups get called on them for causing noise complaints. Avoid this and Hekemian & Co. They'll block you when you got valid complaints over your neighbors breaking the law.

Was nice when I first moved here, but now they dont seem to care who moves in, people smoking out your window, not picking up dog mess..for the amount I pay they should have their Tennants respect the property and us Tennants...the rates are high ...its too bad I would not consider leaving if they not raise the cost of rent so much at least make it a better atmosphere to live...
