  Many thanks to Suzie for helping us purchase our first home. She responded timely to any and all questions we had. We appreciated her deep knowledge of the towns and schools in upper Bergen County. She had a team of recommended inspectors, attorneys, lenders in place, and everyone I came into contact with were responsive and timely. The seller requested a 40-day close, and Suzie's team delivered. Suzie was highly recommended by trusted friends, and after our experience, we highly recommend her as well. Will definitely work with her again.

  We worked with Suzie when purchasing our first home. She did an incredible job at not only helping us find our ideal house but also close with our first offer! Her knowledge of the market and current trends are invaluable. She is very professional, attentive, detailed and, more importantly, honest. She will let you know when she doesn't know something. Then, she will take the time to look into it before promptly getting back to you with the info. She also spent time to meet with us to better understand what we were looking for, in addition to what we may be overlooking, which in itself has been enormously helpful. As a person, she is very pleasant and very easy to work with. We always looked forward to viewing homes with her because she just made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable! We are personally very grateful and feel blessed to have worked with her. We will absolutely be working with her again!

  Suzi is an experiences and well-connected broaker. She was responsive, proactive, and well-connected. And she made the whole process of buying house and closing smooth and stress-free. She was thorough when viewing homes with me, offering valuable advices. Also, during closing, she actively coordinated with the seller's side, making a big difference. I'll definitely work with Suzi again in the future.

  Suzie helped us purchase our first home this year. She is professional, knowledgeable, attentive, honest, hardworking and the list goes on and on. Suzie took the time to understand the type of home we were looking for and made sure to work with our budget. She was very selective in the listings she shared with us (never looking to waste our time) and came with us to almost all the showings/open houses (which was very helpful as she inspected every bit of the house to let us know if there were any issues she spotted). She was very quick at putting together and submitting offers for us (and open to share her thoughts on the value of the home to avoid us overbidding/overpaying). She was engaged from start to finish which is important in such a competitive market. As first time home buyers, we appreciated the knowledge, care and attention Suzie provided us. We highly recommend Suzie if you are on the market!

  Suzie helped us in selling of our townhome. She literally took care of us like a family!!! She took care of all of our needs above and beyond anyone can ask for!!! We are so thankful for her and she will always be our agent and friend!

  We recently sold our home with Suzie... and wow. She was the most incredible realtor we've ever had. She made the process seem like a walk in the park - we listed on a Wednesday night, had our open house that weekend, and sold the following Tuesday... for well above asking. And through it all, she walked us through each step - starting from the market research for our town's market, home/surrounding homes, to getting ready for the listing/listing pictures, to the open house/private showings, all the way through closing, she guided us without any hesitation and made us feel so well taken care of. At one point, we were dealing with a lot of other personal issues but our buyers were really nitpicking on the inspection items - she knew we had our hands full so she stepped up and took care of everything, making sure we had nothing to worry about. It's amazing how quick and effective she is at everything she does. We are so so so thankful that we had her as our realtor and we would HIGHLY re
