2.5 years with a fence issue. Phyllis only knows how to deflect and throw attitude. Save yourself self maintain your property. We're at the point where we are no longer paying monthly maintenance and are paying contractors instead

Very disappointed with this establishment, they are very disrespectful to non- board members. When concern are reported, the young and associate team totally disregards or considers your concern not theirs.

Thank you for your feedback Helene. Please understand that we need to work with both the Board and Unit Owners together. A walkthrough was done and the Board signed off on a proposal based on the vendor's input. We then received your call and you were advised that it wasn't part of the original estimate, but that the representative will go back to the Board with your concern and as a result, the Board did agree to have it taken care of for you. I had a very disappointing experience with Young and Associates. I called after receiving an email about a Ring camera at our building. To be clear, the camera's there for basic package safety, and given that our current doorbell is extremely old and unreliable, I thought it was a practical step. Instead of a respectful conversation, Denise was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I expected basic courtesy, and that didn't happen. Based on my experience, I find it hard to reconcile this treatment with the company's five-star ratings. I wouldn't recommend them.

Good Afternoon Carlos,<br>While we apologize for the tone of the conversation, the issue at hand was that you installed a ring door bell on a common area of the property, that being the lobby, which is not permitted. Installing a ring doorbell that you only have access to while it records people coming and going and other deliveries, not just yours, is illegal. Residents in the community would not be comfortable being videoed as they enter and exit their home where one resident is monitoring it.
