So far it has been a very positive experience working with Rami and his team. They created a great initial design for a very large renovation (turning a 1,600 sq foot 1.5 story cape cod home into a full 2 story home with modern 2,100 sq foot layout, complete with a Juliet Balcony in the master bedroom), and then with my feedback fine tuned the design to create what should end up as a very unique and beautiful home. I'll add more once the designs are brought to life :)

Rami is fantastic. Super knowledgeable, patient and helpful. It's no mistake he has 5 stars but really he deserves 10 stars! He also saved us so much money with his suggestions and from a project we didn't need to do. Hire him! Will def recommend him to everyone

Rami was super helpful for my new old house. Rami was very patient and took time to explain all kinds of things about my old house to me. My town required an architect design to remove some in wall ACs and a window. I called a few architects and many of them just assumed it was the most laborious and expensive option. Rami immediately scoffed at requirement and called my town himself to push back and clarify exactly what was needed. From this clarification, he produced a letter to the town which was accepted and also 1/3 to 1/4th of what the other option would have been.<br>I would absolutely recommend Rami for your needs and would use him in the future myself as well.
