  I will not be coming back here... The owner is kind however her staff needs to be retrained on how to be professional with clients. My recent experience was absolutely the worst I have ever had. The woman who did my pedicure was on the phone the entire time, which i really didnt mind at first. But then she started to videochat with someone while showing herself as shes doing my pedicure!? Then when I asked her if she can do french with the dark purple color I chose she literally laughed in my face and said "i wouldnt recommend that". If you can't even accommodate a simple request like that then why are you working at a nail salon?? Then when she was scrubbing my foot she did it so hard she burned and scraped my skin off to the point I started to bleed! Which later on became swollen and incredibly painful! I should've just walked out after this but I let her finished, paid, and will not be coming back after that experience.

  I called on the phone before going here and they told me my refill set was $45.. then when I was done receiving the service, the price miraculously went up to $55. Apparently $5 for a nail change & $5 to cut down to make them short. When I told them, my nails stayed the same shape, they gave me a hard time then finally brought the price down. Unfortunately I had already tipped the lady in the back closest to the exit 20% before I saw the work she had done, it was sloppy and sped through.. she took 30 minutes. Overall, I had a horrible experience and I will not be returning here.
