  I Went to Playmakers and had a really solid experience The service was friendly and our food came out pretty quick. I got the Betta Chedda Burger with the crispy tots, and both were phenomenal. The tots were actually really crispy and had a nice crunch to them. Definitely would come back and get the same thing again.

  It is a shame to only give this place 2 stars because the food was great, but the service just killed it. We went through the family entrance since we have two kids, but when we walked in there was a waitress ringing up other customers and didn't acknowledge us at all. Everything was fine until our food came out, we ordered an appetizer, but it came with the rest of our food and the kids meals were blazing.<br><br>Okay, whatever could look past all this, but then when it came time to paying the bill was a nightmare. My husband was given one check that everything on it was right, but then when she came back with the copy to add a tip and sign, it was for a completely different amount and almost $20 more than our bill. My husband then had to go find her eating at the bar to tell her about the issue because she never came back. Then she voided that and brought back another bill which was also different then the third. I guess she didn't add the service charge for the card the first time.

  I saw a cook who said his name was Beau and he was shedding the carrots so uniformly it was like a work of art.

  We hosted a large "night before the wedding" dinner for half local half out of town guests and it was WONDERFUL. The atmosphere on the patio is gorgeous and so fun, they have lots of games and a beautiful view. Our servers Haleigh and Eladia knocked it out of the park with smiling faces and lots of running around to make sure everyone was happy. David was our bartender and the drinks were fast, cold, and delicious. We ordered soooo much food and the kitchen staff did amazing getting it out quickly as well and I heard all night how delicious and happy everyone was with their meals. All our out of town guests say they wish they had a Playmakers's in California, and I'm lucky to only be a few minutes away! Thank you to Haleigh, Eladia, David, the manager Kevin, kitchen staff Beau and Daniel and everyone else back there who cooked the food in this heat for us, and all the staff for being so accommodating with our party being huge and loud and moving around so much.   We had a wedding rehearsal there today and it was so wonderful. Haleigh and Eladia, our servers, went above and beyond. We were set up on the patio, which was wonderful. When it started getting too warm for some of the guests we started trickling inside. I'm sure it was a handful as there were probably 40 of us scattered about. But the servers were rockstars! And the food was wonderful! All of the guests I heard talking about it were so impressed. I can't thank this team enough!!!
