  Kind staff and clean equipment/facilities. Natalie was very helpful and gave me exercises to get almost back to 100% after an injury. Scheduling is easy and they have extended hours if you need to visit before/after work. It can get a little busy in there, but the therapists/assistants ensure you can still get 1:1 time in each visit.<br><br>Maybe this is the insurance but the co-pay per visit was different than what was initially communicated. Other than that, it's easy to make payments in-office or online.<br><br>Would definitely recommend to others and visit again if I needed. (Just get to the office a little early because the elevator is super slow )<br><br>Free garage parking is available.

  I had such a great experience here! Julia is incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes sure you're comfortable, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to help them improve. I would highly recommend Julie and this PT practice!

  The therapy from the therapist is very helpful. They are very professional in their work & care of the patients. I recommend this office!!!

  I have a history of injuries which have resulted in my going to several physical therapy clinics. Professional Physical Therapy is by far the best one I've been to. The therapists are highly skilled and tailor the treatments wonderfully for each client. You can really see improvement with the sessions.

  I came here for upper back pain for a few months and can't recommend this place enough. Natalie helped me get to a point where I'm happy again and I feel so much better. I don't hesitate to recommend her or this place to anyone I can.
