I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Ferrari of Central Florida. I placed two deposits totaling $45,000 for Atelier vehicles more than three years ago. Despite endless patience on my part, neither car has been delivered, nor has there been any transparency or accountability from management.<br><br>When I recently pressed for answers, I was met with dismissive responses instead of solutions. They continue to hold my money with no vehicles in production and no timeline for resolution. This is unacceptable business practice and borders on outright consumer fraud.<br><br>I have already put Ferrari of Central Florida and Ferrari North America on formal notice: if my deposits are not returned immediately, I will be filing complaints with the Florida State Consumer Protection Agency and the New York State Consumer Protection Agency, in addition to pursuing full legal action for reimbursement, damages, and legal fees.<br><br>This dealership has shown no regard for customer
