    The worker with the curly hair....rude..unacceptable. I used to work as a barista so therefore I can understand how stressful some days might be but that is not an excuse for mistreating the customers. All that I did was simply tell her that my iced coffee still tasted a tad bit warm and if she can please remake it or add more ice. Instead the young lady rolls her eyes and starts to mumble to her other coworkers about me right in front of my face. She remade my drink but it was still warm! All of this just for the coffee to still be mediocre. It is unfortunate honestly...it was my first time going to The American Dream Mall. I was going to ski with my family and this location for coffee was convenient. Make the hiring process harder and train your employees to treat people with respect. Bullies should not be tolerated........
