  Awesome place! I don't know if I can do justice praising their work. I've always preferred to work on my cars alone because of sketchy or just bad experiences with various mechanic shops. But some things, like swapping and balancing tires requires machines beyond my reach. So over many years I've used different shops for swapping tires, always with mixed results, until I tried ETD Discount Tire. By now I've tried Englewood, Clifton and Lyndhurst, and everyone I've met was professional, very nice and thorough. They have really changed my perspective on mechanic shops. I've observed their work in different locations, and I know what to look for seeing them work and seeing the results. In general, I always check when anyone works on my cars, like scratches, dirt, loose parts, overtorqued bolts, use of tools, etc, some obvious, some subtle things.   Once again, I cannot say enough about ETD in Lyndhurst. I brought my newly purchased used Honda Ridgeline a few months ago. Brought it in to inspect the brakes and get new tires. They advised me on the brakes and rotors, but also told me that I did not need new tires yet. Who would do that? They would just change the tires. I've been going there for almost 18 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The most honest place you will ever find!

  I can tell you these guys are honest. I came here because after getting my tire changed and balanced at Mavis discount tire there was a lot of shaking around 60 mph. After looking at YouTube and reddit, I decided the tire needs road force balancing .So this place has the hunter Elite Road force tire balancing machine. When I got here, Victor , the guy at the front desk, got all of my four tires checked and said that the tire I got balanced at Mavis was off by 4 ounces which was causing the shaking. Instead of taking $160 to road force all four tires he just took 40 bucks to balance the 2 tires. They could've went ahead and charged the $160 if they wanted to and not tell me anything. But who did the honest thing and now they have a customer for life.

  My name is Hector Santiago I've been Uber driver for 8 years I've been going to Lyndhurst EDT for the last 6 years as an Uber driver I go through two vehicles so far in my 8 years and they both gone to Lyndhurst EDT for excellent service they make everybody feel like family when they go there I have recommended customers and family members to go there I have never heard a complaint from that location from anybody up to management and their team excellent service in every way you can expect to receive
