During the year-end holidays, I was rushing to finalize the lease for my new business location and completely forgot to arrange insurance for the space. In a panic, a close friend recommended I reach out to Kate Lee. She kindly took the time to review my situation and even advised me that sticking with my current provider which was closed until January 5 th, would likely be the better option price-wise. I truly appreciate her fairness and willingness to guide me toward the best decision, even though it meant not gaining a new customer. Talk about a breath of fresh air! After going through multiple agents, I feel lucky to have Kate in our corner. I couldn't be happier with the service she has provided. Ms. Kate Lee was exceptional! I had filled out a form online and I got over 50 calls from different brokers which was extremely annoying. I then decided to google car insurance brokers in my area and found Ms. Kate! She answered the phone and I knew immediately she would be able to help. She actively listened to my needs and delivered! She was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I will definitely be sending my friends and family to Ms. Kate.
