I had a great experience at Parkway Toyota Body Shop. They repaired the damage along the bottom edge of the passenger side of my Toyota Yaris. Before I had the work done, I did some research and found their price to be very fair.<br><br>Luis, the shop manager, was terrific. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything, which really put me at ease. They finished the job exactly when they said they would, and the repair looks great.<br><br>The best surprise was picking up my car and finding it cleaned inside and outside, with all four wheels washed. It was an unexpected touch that showed they really care about their customers.<br><br>If you need body work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Parkway Toyota Body Shop. Ask for Luis; you'll be glad you did.

I brought in my Land Cruiser 250 after a mvc. Luis and everyone working here have been so helpful, kind, and very professional. I didn't have any trouble communicating with them and received quick responses. They were able to go above and beyond in giving me a ride back home and taking out my dash cam which they did not have to do. They were able to quickly take apart the vehicle and input a thorough review for my insurance claim.

Great experience with great communication and timely turnaround. Sean was able to get our car in and out when we needed it and was incredibly thoughtful throughout the whole process. The team did a great job and were very professional. Highly recommend if you need anything for your car.

I had an amazing experience getting my car taken care of here. My vehicle was eligible for Toyota's ZKG Customer Support Program, so the painting was covered, but it required some bodywork repairs beforehand to achieve the best result, which I needed to pay for out of pocket. Louis, the manager, went above and beyond to help me out. He was incredibly patient, explaining the entire process and giving me a very reasonable estimate that fit into my situation perfectly.<br>He kept me updated every step of the way, and when I picked up my car, it looked LITERALLY brand new! Plus, the final price was exactly what he estimated--not a single extra dollar was asked for. Louis and his team treated me so well and were incredibly professional. I highly recommend this shop to everyone!
