David's conduct fell well below professional standards. He was late to a scheduled hearing and joined the incorrect Zoom proceeding. He appeared unclear about fundamental procedural requirements and was unable to articulate the proper course of action. His behavior was disorganized, unprepared, and accompanied by a visibly bad temper, creating an intimidating and unprofessional atmosphere. This conduct wasted judicial resources and resulted in a highly negative experience. If you want to lose your case before hearing, hire him.
