Like the other one star review here, I had an awful experience with this firm. I had received five moving violations in an unmarked envelope in the mail from a nearby towns municipal court. When I inquired about the tickets I found out that an off-duty police officer in their personal vehicle that was not equipped with lights says they saw me do something. I was not pulled over because they did not have lights or sirens, they were not on duty, and not in a police car. This officer decided to either run back to the station immediately or take down my information and write me five tickets the next time they were on duty, and write on the envelope Rochelle Park municipal court, hand delivering it to my father's house. I spoke with Tony on the phone. He was very personable and assured me that the situation was ridiculous and they would be able to help. Tony was the only person in the office I spoke with before the court date. I never got to speak to a lawyer. When I arrived for court and w

guess my experience was not like some others here, and I can only go by the way it went for me - not too great! the para in the office , Tony, was super personable, and so I signed on to use this attorney. On my next call about a question, unfortunately I got Mr. Cifradello himself, and he started yelling at me and said he was "an attorney" and had no time for me. I actually called to speak with Tony, but was shocked at his manner, and afraid he might be equally rude or unhinged in court. Tony apologized for him, saying he had been "on edge" lately, and tense, not sure why, but assured me court would go well.<br><br>Waiting in Zoom on court day, I did not hear a word from Mr. Cifradello before he went to the prosecutor; he never asked about the circumstances of how the tickets I had were given to me, what happened, etc. For $250 he simply spoke to the prosecutor knowing not a thing about the date in question, and THEN told me the outcome.
