I took my mom to wash her clothes right after I picked her up from work, we arrived at 5:35 to be told that the last wash is done and that we can come back tomorrow morning. Also the last wash is at 5:30. Debbie was not there. She would've automatically let my mother do the laundry that would've only taken an hour my mother wouldn't have even left the building, but this lady didn't wanna hear this. I feel that's utterly ridiculous and so disrespectful. after looking at your website and seeing other reviews complaining about the same thing, I would hope this would somewhat change how you close at night. I must say that we've been going there for years off and on and never had a problem with Debbie. This lady really upset me.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would, my dryer died middle cycle and I drove over to this place thinking I coukd get in and out quickly. But when I walked in I was greeted with a lady telling me that last wash was at 5:30 and they are closing for the night. I told her all I needed was a dryer because mine just died and she repeated saying "we're closing". Per their door and google they were closing at 7pm and I walked in at 6:05pm. Drying a small load of clothes wouldn't take 55 minutes, yet she kept saying they were closing. SMH. I guess it is off to Sonic Suds where they are very nice to their customers.

My fiance and I came here looking for a new laundry spot. The workers there are so kind and welcoming. She was quick to ask if we needed any help. You can tell they keep their machines up to date because my clothes were very clean. Usually with other spots the machines aren't as good. Will definitely be returning!
