  Dr. Park was so kind and helpful throughout my recovery from a bone bruise. He helped me get back to running much quicker than I expected while still making sure I was healthy and ready to compete.<br><br>I'm now competing at the D1 level in cross country and track at the Airforce Academy, and I'm really grateful for all of his help getting me healthy for my final season of high school running. He genuinely cared about my recovery and goals and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. I'm so thankful for everything he did for me!

  I feel so lucky to have found Jason. I first went to him for wrist and elbow pain, as well as diastasis recti after my pregnancies. My abdomen never fully healed, which led to chronic back pain and the so-called "mommy pouch." Doctors couldn't really help - they suggested surgery or said I might just have to live with it.<br><br>Online information made me afraid to exercise because I kept reading that certain movements could make the muscle separation worse. Avoiding exercise only made things harder.<br><br>Jason immediately understood my condition. He not only fixed my wrist but also guided me to safely rebuild my strength. He encouraged me to gently push toward my capacity, and with his help I now feel stronger than ever. My body is lean in the way I always hoped, and I feel confident again in my 40s.<br><br>His approach is very precise - he focuses on doing a few movements correctly rather than doing many sloppy repetitions.   I started seeing Jason after a tough case of hip bursitis from playing soccer. He quickly identified the underlying issues and put together a progressive strengthening plan that not only relieved my pain but got me back on the field feeling strong and confident. Working with Json I was able to build a stronger foundation and improve overall performance. His expertise, thoughtful approach, and hands-on care have made a big difference in how I move and train.<br><br>Highly recommend Jason if you're physically active and looking for a knowledgeable and supportive physical therapist who understands how to keep you performing at your best.

  Jason has been a huge help in my recovery and return back to weightlifting. He's helped me improve a shoulder and adductor injury I've been experiencing over the past couple of weeks. He possesses a great deal of knowledge and applies that knowledge with a great deal of thoughtfulness and expertise. I've learned quite a bit on how to move better and apply proper body mechanics through his guidance. I definitely recommend Elevate Performance Therapy.
