  This place sucks! For the amount of rent you pay here, they don't fix things and now are locking the laundry room because a squatter... maybe if you fixed the padlock when it broke last winter, it wouldn't be a problem now. Never was notified about laundry room now being locked and what hours it will be open. They renovate apartments minimally to rent them out quick... I had broken windows that I noticed the day I was moving in and they fixed a couple weeks later. The walls had minor cracks in the beginning and now have just gotten worse and getting bigger. On the side of Franklin place, they don't clean the parking lot, always has garbage and tree branches everywhere! Even worse in the winter and they have closed the wall that's falling apart for months and have not fixed it. This place is getting worse by the day!

  I lived in these apartments from April 2022 through November 2022. The only disheartening thing about it was the cockroach issue. I lived in a second story apartment, and it was infested with them.<br><br>Yeah, maintenance guys were jerks, but the woman in the front office, Rocio, was extremely polite with me in my dealings with her.<br><br>I ended up breaking my lease because I returned to California for my work, but my memory of this place is just roaches everywhere. At night I used to walk around with a can of raid the way people used to walk around with candles or lanterns before electricity.

  Don't come to this community they have pathetic laundry room, no dryers works even they don't check and less parking place.

  I want to share my experience living at this apartment complex for three years so others understand when I say: DO NOT MOVE HERE. During my residency, I dealt with a negligent leasing office that lacked any concern for the complex, the maintenance staff, or the issues I brought to their attention.<br><br>I dealt with roaches four times due to the unsanitary habits of other tenants. Despite reporting this via phone and voicemail each time, I only received a response after I alerted the State of New Jersey. It took over a month to resolve the issue in my building.<br><br>The second-floor units are unbearable. In the summer, temperatures climbed into the high 90s, and the A/C units only managed to bring it down to the mid-80s. Cooking was impossible without dripping in sweat. In the winter, the drafts were so severe I found myself wishing for the summer heat. The windows do not close properly, so you simply suffer year-round.<br><br>Parking is also a disaster.
