  Ever since my dog was a puppy, he has struggled with anxiety, especially during grooming appointments. I brought him here for over a year, and during almost every visit, I was told how "bad" he was and that his behavior was getting worse each time. I tried different approaches, including medication, but nothing seemed to help. Eventually, my dog became so fearful that he would start pulling away as soon as we arrived in the parking lot.<br><br>I finally decided to switch to a different groomer, and the difference has been unbelievable! My dog is still naturally anxious, but our new groomer knows how to handle him patiently and appropriately. I no longer have to give him medication for his grooming appointments. He's now much calmer and even excited to walk in for appointments.<br><br>Looking back, I'm disappointed because I truly believed the problem was entirely my dog. After reading other reviews from customers with anxious pets describing similar experiences, I no longer feel that w

  We truly value supporting small businesses and tried to be incredibly loyal to this shop. Even after we moved, we continued making the trip back here just to stay consistent and support a local business. However, we have officially stopped coming and moved to a new groomer for our dog's well-being.<br><br>For some time, the groomer here constantly complained that my dog gets 'annoyed' and pressured us to brush him more, despite him being professionally groomed since he was a puppy without issue. They even asked us to bring diapers for him, a request no other professional has ever made in years.<br><br>Because these complaints were so out of character for my dog, I began to fear that he wasn't being handled with kindness or patience. Since switching to a different groomer, my suspicions were confirmed. The new shop told us he was absolutely amazing in every way and had no issues with his behavior or coat. It is clear now that the problem was the handling at this shop, not my dog. I'm gl

  Happy Paws is hands down the most trusted groomer for our beloved Theo From the moment you walk in, the facility feels clean, warm, and inviting. What truly sets them apart is their open-concept setup--there are no closed walls, so you can actually watch your dog being groomed. It's such a comfort knowing exactly what's happening and seeing the gentle, caring interaction between Theo and his groomer.<br><br>Another huge plus: no cages. Dogs aren't confined while they wait, which gives me tremendous peace of mind. Theo always walks in wagging his tail and never looks back--he genuinely loves his time there, and that says it all.<br><br>Just like the name suggests, Happy Paws brings true happiness to both pets and their people. I wouldn't dream of taking Theo anywhere else!

  I have a husky and a dachshund who have never been crated so I refuse to take them anywhere they will be. Happy Paws is the only place I take my dogs. This is the only place that doesn't try to unnaturally shave down my husky and they're super patient for my dachshund who needs extra love.
