I have been going to Dr. Mendez for over 20 years, and I truly can't say enough good things about him. He practices the Gonstead technique, and the level of precision, care, and knowledge he brings to every adjustment is unmatched. I trust him completely with my health, which says everything after two decades of care.<br><br>Beyond his incredible skill as a chiropractor, the entire experience is made even better by his wife, Rachel. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel genuinely welcome. She is so kind, accommodating, and always goes out of her way to make scheduling and visits easy and stress-free.<br><br>This office feels like family, not just an appointment. I am so grateful for the consistent, high-quality care and the trust I've built over the years. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional chiropractic care.

I have been seeing Dr. Mendez for about a year now and I am so amazed at how good his care is. This treatment has made me a believer. I got myself in a major mobility jam after a life time of refusing to listen to my body. I have most definitely broken my body many times over. I spent years In physical therapy, dedicated and consistent, and started to gain my mobility back. I was still in agony though, all the time, everyday. I had nerve pain that wouldn't stop shooting down my legs. My feet would tingle and so would my fingers. I had headaches/ migraines. My skin felt itchy really all over. I was having nerve issues in a few different ways. Sometimes I would just take one wrong step and my back would be messed up for two weeks. I was starting to accept that this would be the way life was gonna be. That all started to change after my first week of adjustments. Seeing Dr. Mendez regularly for the past three years has been a life changing experience to say the least! There aren't enough words to describe the importance of the work he did on me and the stretches he recommended and held me accountable to do at home, my spine has never been this aligned, healthy, and I no longer suffer from any of the scary pains and aches I was suffering before I started getting adjustments. The way he works is nothing like anyone else, every treatment is curated to my specific needs and feedback, no guess work as he works with X-rays! This is a MUST self-care appointment for every single person!
