  I was excited to join this swim school as an adult learner, but my experience became increasingly frustrating.<br>After my first lesson, I advanced from Adult 1 to Adult 2. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an Adult 2 class that fit my schedule and ultimately had to cancel my enrollment effective 9/1.<br>What made the experience especially disappointing was the amount of back-and-forth required just to receive the fourth class included in my tuition. What was going to be my last class was canceled on 8/28 (a few hours prior) because the instructor was unavailable.<br>Even the cancellation communication was confusing. The school's notice contained mistakes, and I had to email to confirm that my class had actually been canceled. That's how eager I was to attend and make sure I didn't miss the lesson.<br>Since the cancellation was initiated by the school, I reached out to arrange a make-up class. I was told I could not take one unless I re-enrolled, despite having left because there were no

  My daughter loves this swim school and I love the fact that they are well staffed and no cancellations. The swim teachers are sweet and caring which in turn makes it fun for my daughter to be there.
