    The pharmacy department , nothing but issues with picking up prescriptions , they call, text, email to come pick up the prescriptions , you get there to only here that it's not ready or trouble with the insurance co , that's a lot of BS we've had the same insurance for yrs and have been customers there for yrs and never had issues till they hired new employees . It's happened now multiple times .The only person that knows the job and it's great at it is the lead pharmacist . Some of the new people there are seriously lacking people experience and manners. It's a pharmacy people want to come in pick up their meds and not get treated with disrespect. The excuse we are new here is now old. At times they close 1hr before the actual closing time that's not good at all especially for those who get out of work late and are rushing to pick up their needed meds . They need to retrain or hire better qualified persons .

    I've been using the pharmacy in this store for several years now and have not had any bad experience. I also get my shots here, flu, COVID, shingles, etc. No complaints here. My prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Sometimes too quickly. If anything is not available, I am notified by text or email and also see it on the app.

    How hard is it to answer an important pharmacy call, i was on hold for 20 min, they don't have much customers coming in, the workers are lazy
