Main muay thai gym

After touring three great local gyms, this one is in a different league. Large, well-maintained space with both Muay Thai and BJJ (do one or both). I'm doing Muay Thai and loving it; skilled, encouraging instructors who break down techniques and circulate well. Advanced students help newer ones, and the culture is fun and welcoming yet still disciplined and serious about training. Plenty of 9-to-5-friendly class times. Only a month in and already feel supported. Injuries? They push you safely. Weight loss? Tons of cardio; I'm already seeing results. Sparring almost every class. You can also lift on your own during other classes. Price is a bit higher, but you get what you pay for, so worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Top notch martial arts school. The Muay Thai classes are excellent, and the facilities are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. They offer Muay Thai and BJJ classes every night. Great for kids as well as adults. We have worked a lot with Fitz and Nico, two of their instructors, and they are both highly recommended!
