  4 or 5 times i came in a row and everytime my coffee tastes old and stale. like that old burnt coffee taste<br><br>cheap owner definitely didnt want to throw out the coffee from the night before and probably used it the next day

  Me and my friend came last night around 8:30pm. The place was pretty empty and we ordered on the kiosk. When we went to grab our drinks we tried it and both our drinks were made wrong. No biggie, mine was burnt and my friends was too sweet (she only asked for 1 pump) so we try to get one of the workers attentions (there were only 2 girls working) so as worker 1 comes by my friend says "excuse me" and the worker keep walking. She then comes by again my friend says "hello, excuse me" and the girl walks past us again. So I give it a try and when she walks past again I said excuse me she looks at me disgusted and I tell her "oh I'm so sorry but my coffee tastes burnt can you please remake it for me" she grabs my drink and gives me a stank face and rolls her eyes as she walks away and when she was talking to me my friend said to her "oh yea and my drink..." and she girl walked away again.   Very distasteful service. It took 13 minutes to receive my 2 item order. A small plain black coffee and a cheddar twist bagel toasted. On a Sunday morning with no one inside- O and it was ordered on the app ahead of time. I order specifically through the app to avoid excessive wait times but the service here is clearly poor. Unmotivated, sluggish, and sad generation. After I arrived I had to wait 13 minutes for such a small order. Then, a customer walked in ordered a dozen variety donuts and several coffees and her order was completed before I received my order. And also, the gentleman that walked in after her ordered his iced Macchiato and he too received his drink and went on his merrily way. I did not want my order after I received it because of how much disbelief I was in. Completely dissatisfied and unbelievable service. This is the standard here at 1 Lanza, Garfield. They all need to be trained again, maybe a few times, to know what it means to Serve the guest. This generation do
