I called Drain Dr. because my kitchen sink was completely clogged. Pedro was extremely professional, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. He got me scheduled right away, and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend Drain Dr. and will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing or drain service needs.

We had our bathroom renovation done but the shower drain never worked properly it was very slow. I called and they came the same day<br>Diagnosed the issue and reamed out the cast iron pipe that was compromised and were finished in 30 minutes<br>Highly recommend them

I see you left a 2-star rating here with no review and no explanation of who you are or what service I supposedly provided. Yet, I see you gave another company five stars and wrote a full review for them.<br> To be honest, it makes me wonder why you'd call me if you were already so happy elsewhere. It feels like you're just affiliated with the competition and playing games. If you're a real customer, tell me what I actually did wrong so I can make it better. If not, have a great day.
