My experience with Ted and Gloria was extremely disappointing. They consistently failed to follow up, showed a lack of initiative, and lacked ideas for the process. They initially told me that my offer had been accepted and that I should prepare the documents, but later said they had another cash offer they wanted to accept.<br><br>Their lack of professionalism and poor communication made an already stressful process even more frustrating. A broker's job is to guide and support buyers, but I felt completely disregarded. I would NOT RECOMMEND working with them.

STAY AWAY THESE TWO AGETNS .Gloria and Ted both has no flexibility at all and they changes their words all the times. they acting like they are honest people but in reality they are lack of professionalism , they don't know what they are doing. You better find OTHER agent for yourself . never ask them to be your agent.

Gloria and Ted sold our property while we were living out of state. Gloria worked harder than any agent I had experience with before. She was kind and honest when we needed her help. And when things needed to be done, she went out of her way to bring them through fruition.
